Is the 6-month commitment paid upfront?
No. Base is $165 per month with a 6-month commitment. It is not six months paid upfront. You are billed monthly.
Do I have to follow the 6-week plan exactly as written?
No. The 6-week plan gives you structure, progression, and clarity — not a rigid routine. If parts of your current workout schedule work for you, Base complements that. The goal is to stop random training and give you a clear path.
Is Base a class membership?
No. Base is for self-directed adults who want structure, flexibility, and 24/7 access. It is not built around drop-in classes or high-energy instructor-led sessions.
What do I get when I start?
Every new Base member receives a structured 6-week training plan, 24/7 gym access, coaching guidance, performance tracking, and a focused training environment.
Is Base a good fit if I am just getting started again?
Yes. Base is designed for adults who want to rebuild consistency, get stronger, and train with more clarity — especially if they are tired of starting over.
What if I want more accountability or coaching?
That is exactly where semi-private training or personal training can come in. Base is the starting point. If you need more support, we can guide you into the right coaching option.
